1. General

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Fine Lines Design & Build (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

Fine Lines Design & Build provides landscaping design and build services. Our services include but are not limited to:

Landscape Design
Hardscaping
Lawn Maintenance
Irrigation Systems
Outdoor Lighting
Garden Installation
3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Fine Lines Design & Build are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of the estimate. Any changes or additional requests may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upon acceptance of the quote.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
For ongoing maintenance services, payment is due monthly.
Payment methods accepted: cash, check, credit card.

5. Changes to Services

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for any changes requested by the Client after the project has commenced.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start date.
Refunds for ongoing maintenance services will be prorated based on the date of cancellation.
7. Liability

Fine Lines Design & Build will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties

We provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and materials supplied by Fine Lines Design & Build. This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external factors.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect by the Client.
Plants, which are subject to their own inherent risks.
9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information and access to the property as required.
Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained.
Remove any personal items or obstacles from the work area prior to the start date.
10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kansas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.
